The Confluence, or “Al-Muqran,” is the area in Khartoum where the Blue Nile meets the White Nile. It is a stunning natural site where you can observe the dark, muddy waters of the Blue Nile flowing alongside the clear waters of the White Nile. Eventually, the two rivers blend together, forming a single river with light bluish waters.
